The PALTZ line of palletizing and depalletizing solutions are true plug-and-play setups. Upon arrival at your dock, this automation solution doesn’t need time-consuming programming or calibration. The PALTZ is easy to integrate into current operations by connecting to an existing conveyor line or flexible conveyor. Thanks to the intuitive STACKIT software, the HMI does not require any technical skills to use. With this in mind, any member of your team can easily setup, start, and operate the palletizer as a collaborative robot to speed up processes.
Since the PALTZ is so simple to use and available at a more approachable capital cost, it’s a great first step for facilities with little or no automation solutions. PALTZ 17 series: The PALTZ 17 series has a 40 lbs capacity with 2 palletizing zones. This series can process inventory with varying cycles per minute, some as fast as 9 cycles a minute. The PALTZ 17 series have pallet sizes up to 48” x 40”. These palletizers include pallet locators with sensors as well as a product presence sensor. The palletizing software also includes a 13” touch screen HMI. A special feature of the PALTZ.17CSV includes an external reset button as well as a vertical telescopic axis.
PALTZ 19 series: The collaborative 19 series has a 58.5 lbs capacity and processes up to 9 cycles a minute. These also include 2 palletizing zones, have up to a 92” palletizing height depending on the model, and have pallet sizes up to 48” x 40”. Similarly, they have a 13” touch screen HMI and a pneumatic or electric gripper. The PALTZ.19CF includes collapsible hard fencing and an external reset button.
PALTZ 20 series: The PALTZ.20 series has a 58.5 lbs capacity, 2 palletizing zones, and up to a 96” palletizing height. The 20 series can process up to 9 cycles a minute, and the PALTZ.20CS and 20CF have 4 area scanners.
Industrial Series: The Industrial series currently includes the PALTZ.i35. This has a 70 lbs capacity and processes cycles up to 12 cycles a minute. With an 84” palletizing height, there are 2 zones with an infeed skewed conveyor. A 15” touch screen allows workers to control the process, and there are multi-pick capabilities.
